Things went very well for our first week
of school! We will in full swing next week and will start having science, English and spelling lessons. This year,
Mrs. Bowyer will be teaching English and spelling, while I teach science to her class. Switching classes has worked
out well before and I know it will be the same this year. Expect more homework in the next few weeks than they've had
so far. We will be limited on time when we add in all the subjects. I'm looking forward to a great year!

IN THE NEWS
Check your child's back pack each night for graded
papers and notes from school. Be sure to look for the Kincaid Chronicle 4th grade newsletter each week. It will
keep you up to date on the happenings in our classroom.
Each year, Shiloh Elementary collects Box Tops to raise money for special projects. Please save
your Box Tops and send them to school with your students. They will receive Kincaid Cash for bringing them in.
The last few years we have used the money to rent the inflatables for the end of year AR reward. Collect,
collect, collect!
